Why Sad

Dear Self,

Hey!

What's the matter? I feel that you are quite sad. Not sad? Then how would you call that gloomy face? Isn't it a face of a sad person? A person who is afraid. But...what's that thing that you feared most? I've some suspicion in my mind. You are afraid or let's say you are jealous. What? You really are? But why? Ahhh. I get it now. Let me help you with that dude.

First and foremost I would like you to clear your mind first. Then, ask yourself "Why would I need to feel that way? Is there a need to feel such?". Answer them truthfully because fooling yourself won't do any good to you. Let your mind weigh things logically. I know what kind of person you are. You are logical and you make sense to things. Live in that self of yours and never let your insecurities and negative thinking destroy you. Okay? Are you done with it?

Next, gather your answers in one box and make a general thought out of those things. Then ask, "Think of any proof that will strengthen your claim." Coming up with a conclusion without any evidence is futile. You will not achieve a good result if you will not support your claim with a proof.

Then, try to talk with the person. Clear ALL the things that made you feel such. Ask questions and present ALL your doubts. In that way, you will hear the side of that person. Why did he/she do that? Who is who? and other related questions.

After which, trust him/her. Tell him/her that you have trusted her; that you will give him/her your trust and by the time he/she will break that trust, you will not give him/her another one to keep. Once broken, it is good as trash.

FINALLY, stop thinking about that again and continue the life that you have. Don't let that idea bother you again. Remember: If you will still going to think about that, the person whom you hated or felt jealous with will have a great day seeing you suffering, seeing you in bad condition. DO YOU LIKE THAT: SEEING YOUR ENEMY LAUGHING AT YOUR OWN SUFFERING BECAUSE OF WHAT HE HAD CAUSED YOU? That's the spirit. Don't let him do that to you! Never ever! Go boy! *cheering like a sir*

But before you will do my suggestions above, if you like, get a place for you to CRY! Yes, you heard me right: CRY! Listen, crying is not just for women or for weak people. A man crying is not a manifestation of weakness but its an indication that you are brave enough to face the problem and conquer it after. Crying, like in war, is a process where you prepare yourself for a combat. It is an avenue of every people in this world to be relieved from what he/she is keeping in his heart. And after the tears you shed, you will become as strong as IRON MAN, SUPERMAN, and other super heroes because crying, then again, is like shedding off all the rusts and other weak spots in you.

CHEER UP brethren! I BELIEVE THAT WHAT YOU'VE BEEN THINKING RIGHT NOW DOESN'T REFLECT THE REALITY. YOU ARE THINKING THAT WAY BECAUSE YOU ONLY HAVE SOMETHING INSIDE THAT YOU FEAR TO HAPPEN. Am I right? And I know it. I know what it is.

I know you will be okay. I know you will because she isn't like that. Just trust her.

Your friend on-call,

Gil
